This yummy recipe taste just like Reese Cups but in frozen form. It’s also pretty healthy for you. It is low-carb as well, which is good for me as I’ve started eating that way. I got this recipe a long time ago from a friend.
2/3 cup peanut butter
4 cups cool whip light
Sugar free Hersey syrup
Place the peanut better in a bowl and 2 cups cool whip. Stir them together. Then add the other two cups of cool whip and fold it in. Place the mixture into muffin tins lined with cupcake wrappers or sprayed with cooking spray. I put about 2 1/2 T in each cup. Then you’ll want to squirt some syrup on top. Place the muffin in the freezer and let them get frozen. Once frozen take out and put in baggies two at a time.
